Secuencia recomendada de trabajo
01 Close facade edges, plinth and exposed interfaces
Protect the bottom and outer face of the building before site levels rise.
- Check plinth height, splash zone, facade base and waterproofing terminations.
- Install facade finish, cladding or render with movement joints and drips.
- Coordinate exterior lighting, outlets and penetrations.
Punto de control: Site grading should not cover facade or plinth details until they are inspected.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Scaffold, Render tools, Sealant gun, Drip edge tools
02 Set drainage, grading and hardscape base
Move water away from the structure before final landscaping.
- Confirm finished floor, external levels and slope away from the building.
- Install drains, inspection points, channels and stormwater routes.
- Prepare base layers for paving, paths, ramps and service access.
Punto de control: Paving or landscape finishes should not proceed until drainage routes and slopes are checked.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Laser level, Compactor, Drain laser, Pipe tools, Paver tools
03 Install landscape preparation and final external systems
Finish external areas without damaging facade, waterproofing or access.
- Install irrigation sleeves, lighting cable routes and planting preparation.
- Protect completed facade and drains during final soil or paving works.
- Test exterior lighting, drainage flow and access routes.
Punto de control: Final handover of external works should wait until rainwater path, lighting and access are tested.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Irrigation tools, Cable locator, Lighting tester, Protection boards

| Paving base aggregate | Paved area | 0.10-0.20 | m3/m2 | Adjust to traffic and soil. |
| Drain channel allowance | Catchment area | 0.10-0.30 | lm/m2 | Planning benchmark before hydraulic design. |
| Planting soil | Planting area | 0.15-0.30 | m3/m2 | Depends on planting depth. |
Controles de calidad antes de avanzar
- Facade base and plinth waterproofing are visible before backfill or paving.
- External falls move water away from the building.
- Drainage is connected and tested before finishes.
- Exterior services are protected and accessible.
