Secuencia recomendada de trabajo
01 Build shell, penetrations and hydraulic routes
Set the pool geometry and hidden service paths before waterproofing.
- Confirm pool type, shell dimensions, levels, drains, skimmers or overflow troughs.
- Install pipe sleeves, niches, lights, suction and return lines.
- Pressure-test pipework before concrete or closure hides it.
Punto de control: Waterproofing should not start until shell geometry and hydraulic rough-in tests are recorded.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Excavator, Rebar tools, Concrete vibrator, Pressure test pump, Pipe tools
02 Waterproof, finish and protect pool surfaces
Create a durable water-retaining surface before filling.
- Prepare shell, corners, drains, lights and penetrations.
- Apply waterproofing system and allow required curing.
- Install tile, stone or finish system with compatible adhesive and grout.
Punto de control: Filling should not start until waterproofing and finish cure times are met and recorded.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Surface grinder, Membrane tools, Tile tools, Wet film gauge, Protection covers
03 Install equipment, fill, test and balance
Make the pool safe, watertight and maintainable.
- Install pumps, filters, valves, dosing equipment and control labels.
- Fill gradually while checking level, leaks, waterproofing and pipework.
- Commission circulation, filtration, lights, automation and water chemistry.
Punto de control: Pool handover should wait until leak checks, equipment labels, water balance and operating instructions are complete.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Pump tools, Water test kit, Manometer, Clamp meter, Label printer

Consumos de material para planificaci贸n
Los consumos son referencias de planificaci贸n. Las cantidades finales deben comprobarse con planos, especificaciones, normativa local y fichas de proveedor.
| Material o recurso | Base | Rango de planificaci贸n | Unidad | Nota |
| Pool waterproofing membrane | Internal pool surface | 2.0-3.5 | kg/m2 | Supplier system and water pressure govern final rate. |
| Pool tile adhesive | Tiled surface | 4-8 | kg/m2 | Higher than simple wall tiling due to full bedding requirements. |
| Pool grout | Tiled surface | 0.5-1.5 | kg/m2 | Depends on tile size and joint width. |
| Hydraulic pipe and fittings allowance | Pool hydraulic loop | 1.10-1.25 | factor | Allows bends, fittings and equipment connections. |
Controles de calidad antes de avanzar
- Shell geometry and penetrations are checked before waterproofing.
- Hydraulic pipework is pressure-tested before closure.
- Waterproofing and finish cure periods are respected.
- Pool equipment is labelled, tested and documented before handover.
