Structural frame work sequence
The structure stage must keep load path, geometry, embeds and concrete quality under control. Errors are expensive because they are usually found after walls, services or finishes depend on the frame.

Secuencia recomendada de trabajo
01 Plan load path, formwork and embeds
Coordinate the frame before concrete hides decisions.
- Check columns, beams, slabs, openings, construction joints and temporary supports.
- Confirm embedded plates, sleeves, anchors, balcony edges and stair interfaces.
- Review pour sequence, access, pump route and curing method.
Punto de control: Do not close formwork until embeds, openings, reinforcement access and pour method are coordinated.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Formwork system, Shop drawings, Sleeve templates, Temporary props
02 Fix reinforcement and pour concrete
Deliver structural capacity with inspectable cover, spacing and consolidation.
- Install rebar with correct laps, chairs, spacers and congestion management.
- Inspect cover before pour and keep access for vibration.
- Place concrete in controlled lifts or bays and protect against rapid drying.
Punto de control: Concrete should not be poured until rebar, cover, openings and embeds are signed off.
Herramientas, equipos y acceso: Rebar tools, Cover meter or gauge, Concrete vibrator, Pump line, Curing covers
03 Verify geometry, curing and as-built records
Prevent frame deviations from becoming finish and MEP problems.
- Check column alignment, slab levels, stair geometry and opening dimensions.
- Maintain curing period and protect exposed concrete edges.
- Record as-built deviations before envelope and engineering rough-in.
Punto de control: MEP rough-in and envelope work should not start until critical dimensions and openings are verified.

Consumos de material para planificaci贸n
Los consumos son referencias de planificaci贸n. Las cantidades finales deben comprobarse con planos, especificaciones, normativa local y fichas de proveedor.
| Material o recurso | Base | Rango de planificaci贸n | Unidad | Nota |
| Reinforcement steel | Structural concrete | 90-160 | kg/m3 | Concept allowance; final design governs. |
| Formwork contact area | Concrete volume | 5-10 | m2/m3 | Depends on wall, column, beam and slab mix. |
| Curing compound or cover | Exposed concrete area | 1.00-1.10 | m2/m2 | Protects early strength and surface quality. |
| Embed and sleeve allowance | MEP crossing or facade support | 1 | set/item | Every embed should have an owner and drawing reference. |
Controles de calidad antes de avanzar
- Load path, temporary support and pour sequence are reviewed.
- Rebar cover, laps and embeds are inspected before pour.
- Concrete consolidation and curing are recorded.
- As-built geometry is checked before dependent trades start.
